As one of the co-founders of Cosive in 2015, Chris has worked on many and varied projects with companies and government agencies around cyber threat intelligence (CTI) workflow and tools, CTI sharing communities, SOC operations, and automation. He is also highly involved in the development of Cosive’s own products of Smokeproxy, Autoseeder, Antifraud, and CloudMISP.
Previously he had a long background in the international CSIRT community, which spanned roles including open source intelligence gathering, vulnerability disclosure handling, software and tooling development, malware analysis, and joint initiatives for national CSIRTs. Chris has worked as a security analyst for AusCERT, the national CSIRT at that time, and JPCERT/CC, the Japanese national CSIRT.
