Darren was an infosec journalist for more than a decade before entering the end user awareness space.

He spends his time at Telstra fighting cyberwar and hacking hype and striving to make meaningful contributions to the public’s understanding of how information security affects their lives and the world around them through community talks and in the media.

He also assists his security team and those in other organisations to become more effective communicators across diverse groups from the average non-tech user to executives.
