Jonathan Topham is a crime, intelligence, and security leader with more than 15 years’ success working with multi-disciplinary and multinational teams to produce insights which optimise response, mitigation, and readiness.

He is a national-level Cyber expert specialising in digital investigations and analysis with a strong background influencing policy at ministerial and European Union (EU) commissioner levels.

Jonathan was instrumental in leading cross-government intelligence analysis and development of advanced financial intelligence capability for the British Intelligence Community. He has previously enjoyed five years’ success within EU’s law enforcement agency, Europol.

Jonathan holds a Master of Science from University College Dublin, Master of Letters from the University of Aberdeen, and Bachelor of Arts from King’s College London.
